Thx for publishing the meeting. Really unsatisfied that no discussion on the amalgamation study. Looking at the candidates no one really stands out with any real solutions. The anarchist had a vision, Jack Marr really didn’t have control of council in his days and Ryan Windsor lacks experience. In Central Saanich we have the highest policing costs in the Greater Victoria district, our taxes keep rising ahead of inflation, we do not have the services that other districts have. This is the one time I may abstain from voting unless my option is none of the above.

The consequences of not voting at all has been shown in the past elections with only 27% of the electorate voting – we get what we deserve when numbers are that low.
