I would like to see Sidney’s business vacancy rate lowered by Nov. 15 2015 using existing and new recommendations

I would like to see Sidney’s waterfront properties being properly utilized by June 1 2017 especially the areas down at the end of Beacon

By Oct 1 2018 I want to see a vibrant downtown with new and old families living in Sidney with affordable housing for all.

Early term, engage the rest of council in discussions of how to expand Sidneysays.ca allowing the community to get involved

By the end of term I want to see at least one of the pre-war buildings on beacon redeveloped.
